Dues for 2024 are $200

Annual HOA fees are due March 31, 2024.

How to Pay

Online:

If you have a PayPal account, you can send payments to delawarecrossinghoa@gmail.com. Click the button below to pay dues directly through PayPal.

You can mail a check or money order to the HOA at:

In person:

All homeowners have the option to pay dues at the annual meeting. The 2024 annual meeting will be held March 28, 2024, at Stony Creek Fishers, 10601 Cumberland Road.

Late Fee Assessment

First late fee assess if payment not received on or before March 31st. Failure to pay on time will result in your account being sent to collection and all associated fees will be charged to you. Liens and lawsuits can and will be imposed for non-payment.
