Located just north of 106th Street between Lantern and Cumberland Roads in Fishers, Indiana, our neighborhood is a fantastic place where neighbors can enjoy a close-knit suburban community with all the amenities of the big city nearby. The neighborhood is made up of people from all walks of life, from those enjoying their retirement years to raising a young family. No matter where you are in life, Delaware Crossing is a safe and friendly place to live.
About the Homeowners Association
The Delaware Crossing Homeowners Association is headed by an elected group of volunteers, the Board of Directors. They donate their time, working to complete neighborhood projects as discussed at our annual meeting and throughout the year with our neighbors, as well as maintaining the neighborhood standards as written in our By-Laws.
The Delaware Crossing Homeowners Association is always looking for volunteers for the many projects we do throughout the year. If you are interested in helping out, please reach out. All residents are welcome and encouraged to participate.
