Dues for 2026 are $275
Annual HOA fees are due March 31, 2026.
How to Pay
In person:
All homeowners have the option to pay dues at the annual meeting. The 2026 annual meeting will be held Tuesday, January 13 from 6-7:30 p.m. at the Fishers branch of the Hamilton East Public Library, Five Municipal Drive, Fishers.
By mail:

Late Fee Assessment
First late fee assess if payment not received on or before March 31st. Failure to pay on time will result in your account being sent to collection and all associated fees will be charged to you. Liens and lawsuits can and will be imposed for non-payment.
