About Us

Welcome to Delaware Crossing.
Located just North of 106th Street in between Lantern and Cumberland Roads in Fishers, Indiana. Our neighborhood is a fantastic place where neighbors can enjoy a small town feel with all the amenities of the big city nearby. The neighborhood is made up of people from all walks of life. For those enjoying their retirement years and for those raising a family, Delaware Crossing is a safe and friendly place to live.
The Delaware Crossing Home Owner's Association is headed by an elected group of volunteers, the Board of Directors. They donate their time, working to complete neighborhood projects as discussed at our annual meeting and throughout the year with our neighbors, as well as maintaining the neighborhood standards as written in our By-Laws.
Delaware Crossing Home Owners Association is always looking for volunteers for the many projects we do throughout the year. If you are interested in helping out please click on the 'Contact Us' tab on the left and send us an email.  All residents are welcome and encouraged to participate.
